How long does the inspection take?
About 45 minutes to an hour depending on the size of your roof. You get photos and a written report the same day.
Do I have to be home?
It helps, but it is not required. If you are home, we can walk you through what we find in person. If not, we will send you the report with photos.
What if you find damage? Do I have to use you to fix it?
No. The inspection is free regardless. If we find damage, we give you a written report and a quote. You are free to get other quotes or do nothing at all.
Can you help me file an insurance claim if there is damage?
Yes. If we find storm damage, we can help you file the claim, meet with your adjuster, and handle the paperwork. Most of our customers pay only their deductible.
